The Story Behind Udaya Collective and a Journey Toward Healing
My Journey so far….
Hi, I'm Clare Watt— a 44-year-old woman, a mother to four incredible kids, and someone who deeply values slow mornings, long lunches, salty beach air, and campfire conversations under the stars. My life is rich with family time, love, and the little things that bring big joy.
But the path that brought me here wasn’t always smooth.
For years, I struggled with persistent health challenges — parasites, Epstein-Barr Virus, and autoimmune conditions that left me feeling disconnected from my body and spirit. I know what it’s like to wake up exhausted, to feel lost in your own life, and to wonder if you’ll ever feel like you again.
With time, patience, and a commitment to healing, I began to find my way back. Through optimal nutrition, breathwork, yoga, and an unwavering desire to feel whole again, I slowly started to rebuild — not just my health, but my sense of self. It's been messy, imperfect, and powerful.
Now, I help others do the same.
I believe in creating space — space to breathe, to feel, to rest, to nourish, to reconnect. Whether you're navigating your own health journey, feeling stuck, or just longing for more presence and peace in your life, I’m here to walk alongside you. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but I do believe in deep, lasting change.
I’m still learning, still growing, still becoming. Always a work in progress — just like you.
Welcome. Let’s find your way back, together.
