About Udaya Collective
A space to rise, gently
Udaya means sunrise in Sanskrit — a symbol of renewal, light, and possibility. It’s the quiet moment before the day begins, when the world feels soft and full of promise.
For founder Clare Watt, this moment holds deep meaning. Her mother cherished the sunrise — it was her favourite time of day. Udaya is Clare’s homage to that beauty: to beginnings, to grace, and to the legacy of care passed from one generation to the next.
Clare created Udaya Collective as a space for people to reconnect to their bodies, reclaim their health, and rediscover the kind of nourishment that’s intuitive, empowering, and lasting.
As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Clare works at the intersection of science, soul, and embodied wellness. Her approach honours the biochemical individuality of each client, while holding space for their lived experience, their story, and the deeper rhythms of their life.
Udaya is more than a clinic — it’s a collective of healing. A space where we slow down, listen deeply, and walk gently toward the next version of ourselves.
Bio-Individual Approach
At Udaya, we recognise that no two bodies are the same. That’s why every recommendation is tailored — never templated. We take the time to understand your unique story, physiology, and goals, so your support plan aligns with your body’s specific needs and rhythms. This is personalised care that honours your individuality at every step.
